I worked several years in a well-known Natural Health Company (Neal's Yard Remedies) where I have learned how to heal myself simply using foods, herbs, superfoods, flower remedies, essential oils. My research started many years ago, when I was affected by chronic colitis that normal medicine could not cure me, I then started to inform and heal myself using Natural Remedies. I am a Yoga teacher, I can provide tips for your practice and/or sequencing. I am an Italian/Spanish speaker and fluent in English so I provide classes conversational level, writing, reading. I do Tarot Cards Reading.
