I know life can have its ups and downs and we don't always have someone we can just chat with and release all the problems we have been going through and no one else seems they can relate. There is always someone who wants someone to talk to even if it's just them listening to see if there is anything or any way they may be able to assist you with making it better or resolving the issue.
