Hi, I exercise sometimes and mostly more for lower back, I experience lower back pain lately I don't know why but maybe because of my age haha, anyways if you're up for a chat about fitness I'm available for a chat about it willing to listen and know more about it if you share any exercise routines to get rid off the lower back pain.
