How Charges Will Appear on Your Statement

All payments made on Premium.Chat will appear on your credit card or bank statement as:

Pre-Authorizations

When you initiate a chat, your payment method shows a temporary pre-authorization charge. This is a hold placed by your card issuer to confirm that funds are available.

  • Pre-authorizations are not actual charges.

  • You are only charged if the seller responds and a chat takes place.

  • If the seller does not answer your chat, the pre-authorization will be promptly voided.

  • In some cases, it may take a few days for the hold to disappear from your statement, depending on your bank’s processing times.

  • If a pre-authorization does not clear after several days, please contact us for assistance.

Billing depends on the pricing model selected:

  • Per-minute pricing: You are only charged for the amount of time you actually use during the session.

  • Flat-rate pricing: You are charged the full price upfront for the session length selected, regardless of whether you use the entire time.


Refund Policy

We want every experience on Premium.Chat to exceed your expectations. While we do not offer refunds in most cases, please understand that sellers dedicate their time to be available for you, and their time is valuable.

However, we recognize that technical issues can occasionally occur. If a verified technical problem prevented you from receiving the service you paid for, we're here to help.

  • Username of the person you chatted with

  • A brief description of what happened
