Safety, Anti-Human Trafficking, and Non-Solicitation Policy

1. Zero-Tolerance Policy

Premium.Chat maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for any activity involving in full accordance to VIRP.

  • Human trafficking or exploitation

  • Escorting or prostitution-related services

  • Coercion, manipulation, or abuse

  • Any involvement of minors

  • Threats, blackmail, or other unlawful conduct

Any violation may result in immediate action, including account suspension or termination, and may be reported to law enforcement, at Premium.Chat’s sole discretion.

2. Anti-Human Trafficking

Users may not use Premium.Chat to:

  • Recruit, advertise, or facilitate human trafficking, escorting, or prostitution

  • Exploit or profit from individuals who are coerced, controlled, or otherwise not acting voluntarily

  • Engage in or promote any form of commercial sexual exploitation

Premium.Chat reserves the right to monitor, investigate, and take action against any activity that may indicate trafficking or exploitation, at its sole discretion.

3. Non-Solicitation / Off-Platform Transactions

To protect users and maintain platform integrity, users are strictly prohibited from:

  • Requesting or directing payments outside of Premium.Chat

  • Sharing or promoting external payment methods (including, but not limited to, CashApp, Venmo, PayPal, cryptocurrency wallets, or similar services) for services initiated on the platform

  • Attempting to bypass, circumvent, or undermine Premium.Chat’s payment systems.

All transactions related to interactions initiated on Premium.Chat must remain on the platform to enforce your safety.

4. Enforcement

Premium.Chat reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to violations of this Policy, including:

  • Immediate suspension or permanent termination of accounts

  • Withholding, forfeiture, or reversal of funds associated with violations

  • Investigation of accounts, communications, and related activity

  • Reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable

All enforcement decisions are made at Premium.Chat’s sole discretion.
