We strictly prohibit AI chatbots, automated messaging, and fake or impersonated profiles. You may not create an account using someone else’s identity, likeness, or photos—including celebrities or public figures. All interactions must be conducted by the verified person behind the profile. Violators will be permanently banned and blocked from the platform. Harassment or misrepresentation will not be tolerated.

Ask for or give out personal contact info to take things off-platform.

💼 For Chat Sellers

You must be at least 18 and pass our verification process.

You are an independent contractor—not an employee of Premium.Chat.

Do not post duplicate content or spam the site with repetitive listings.

All communication and payments must stay on-platform.
-
You are responsible for all content you create and share.
-
Do not self-refer or use fake referrals for commission gains.

Do not reuse or replicate content from other sellers—originality matters.
💳 Refund and Chargeback Policy
All purchases made on Premium.Chat are final. Sellers are paid for their time, and once a chat has occurred, it cannot be refunded.
In some cases—such as a confirmed technical issue—we may issue a refund in the form of Premium.Chat credit or return funds to your original payment method.

Chargebacks are taken seriously. Filing one without contacting us first will result in permanent account closure. Chargebacks violate our Terms and put your account at risk.

No sharing of phone numbers, email, social handles, or any external contact methods.

No offering or requesting off-site sessions or payments.

Bypassing our system is a suspendable offense as we have no way to protect you.
🧑⚖️ Moderation & Content Monitoring

All content is reviewed by a combination of automated tools and human moderators.

We actively monitor for violations and enforce policies quickly.

Content that breaks the rules may be removed immediately.

Repeated or serious violations will result in permanent account bans or reporting to law enforcement.

What you do outside the platform still matters. If you harass others, spread hate, or damage the Premium.Chat brand on social media or elsewhere, we reserve the right to act—including suspensions or bans.
