All Sellers and Buyers engaging with the platform agree to adhere to the following guidelines. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in immediate termination of your account and access to the site without notice, at Premium.Chat's discretion, if there is suspicion of violation.
Image Age Requirement
All images uploaded or shared on the platform must not contain any minors. Every image that features people must include individuals who are 18 years of age or older, without exception.
Prohibited Content Includes, but is Not Limited to:
Child Safety Violations: Any form of child exploitation or portrayal, discussions or depictions suggesting a person is under 18, references to childhood or adolescent experiences, the term "Lolita," or any content related to minors. This includes any media featuring children's items and images with individuals under 18.
Incestuous Content: Any content involving or suggesting incest or incestuous fantasies, including "step" or "in-law" relations.
Underage Role-Playing: All forms of underage role-playing or age play are strictly prohibited.
Bestiality: Any depiction of animals in a sexual context, including animal images on clothing, filters, or emojis.
Non-Consensual Acts: Content depicting rape, non-consensual acts, or fantasies about non-consent, including abduction and forced intoxication scenarios.
Dangerous Practices: Scenes depicting penetration with all four limbs bound, blood play, knife play, needle play, edgeplay, and similar dangerous practices.
Life-Threatening Content: Depictions or suggestions of necrophilia, simulated executions, or any content implying permanent harm or death.
Extreme Fetishes: Content related to castration, penectomy, amputation, sounding, toilet activities, ABDL, animal cruelty, fisting, and racial slurs.
Drug-Related Content: Involvement with drugs, including the depiction or promotion of illegal drugs, medical marijuana, 420 culture, or drug paraphernalia.
Psychiatric, Medical, Addiction or Suicide: Advisory, Support or Counseling services related to those areas.
Policy Violations: Content that implies a willingness to violate Premium.Chat policies, such as "anything goes", "no taboos," "no limits," or "no restrictions" services.
Content Monitoring and Safety Assurance
To ensure the integrity, compliance, and safety of our platform, Premium.Chat employs a comprehensive content monitoring system. All content uploaded to or shared via the platform is subject to review through a combination of automated systems and human moderation. Automated tools are used to detect potential violations of our Terms and Conditions, including prohibited content. Additionally, our dedicated moderation team reviews flagged content and user reports to enforce our policies. Any content found to be in violation may be removed, and appropriate actions—such as warnings, suspensions, or account termination—may be taken.
