Gluten-Free Foods

Most of our grains are rich in nutrients but at the same , are tainted with gluten. However, when well-processed through fermenting, we have healthy food without the gluten. Grains like wheat, millet, sorghum, are all rich with various nutrients and could be processed to be gluten-free by fermenting.
