These days our life span has increased yet the health & fitness issues of the elderly need multipronged approach for every group. Three aspects namely body, mind and soul all gett affected by the daily life stress. Most of the , it is medicines that prove helpful but their long term use give rise to different complications. This is most unfortunate that modern science has enhanced longevity yet the quality of elderly needs multipronged strategic approach as per different Socioeconomic structures.
