Our spiritual state as it affects our physical health
In my experience in life, I've come to the realization that whatever event manifests in our physical life has already manifested in the spiritual realm. Also, whatever happens in our conscious states is as a result of what happened in the subconscious. Mind you, this is not a one way traffic thing, it's a dual way thing , the physical also affects what happens in the spiritual realm. So I believe strongly that every spiritual problem has a practical solution to it. Finally, it's a fact that spiritual problems has a serious adverse effect on our mental well-being and it calls for attention.
