It's only a state of mind that can be erased through understanding and the right companion, but you have to decide to take the step which will be worth it. Growth both spiritually and physically needs discipline, direction and consistency, also taking notes of important advancement and holding strong your every gain and desired results (cherishing them) and always moving ahead paying no attention to unwise and negative comments or energy.
