Psychologist's consultation
I am a practicing psychologist and a person who can really listen.
My sessions are a safe space where you can:
Say what you don't even tell your friends;
To be yourself, without masks and the need to seem strong;
To understand confused feelings;
To feel: you are not judged, you are heard.
How can I be useful:
🫂 Support in the moment - if you are anxious, lonely or "on the verge"
💔 Talks about love and breakups - without platitudes
🧩 Help with self-esteem, personal boundaries, emotional instability
🕯️ Or just human contact, which is so lacking
