Health and awareness

Many men do not like visiting health facilities to have regular check up like women do. This has led to many of them getting later life complications that would have been solved. Having worked in a hospital facility i can say that blood pressure has always been a major concern linked to women but lately it is an issue to men too leading to complications like heart failure leading to them becoming oxygen dependent which is a bit costly to low income earners...men should check on their lifestyle and visit the hospital whenever they feel not okay.. as this will help prevent complications
