I'm a friendly empathetic listener, life coach and fitness enthusiast. I derive great satisfaction in cheering people up and helping them see other positive perspectives in life's challenges. I believe that the beauty of life is Hidden in the challenges we face and how we are able to navigate our way through it and become better stronger and more fulfilled person. Have discovered that really listening to people and understanding their perspectives is very therapeutic and opens the pathway to healing and growth.
