Islam and others
Islam is a monotheistic religion that originated in the 7th century in Arabia, based on the teachings of the prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him).
Islam teaches that all humans are equal in the eyes of God, and that belief in one God (tawhid) is the core of the faith. The Pillars of Islam - declaration of faith, prayer, charity, fasting, pilgrimage, Holy book of Quran and Ahl e bait - are the fundamental practices of the religion.
Muslims believe in the oneness of God.
Overall, Islam is a unique and distinct religion.
