Property Advice including Lettings
Independent advice for sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants. Sellers - want to know how to make your property more salable? Buyers - had a bad survey and not sure what to do now? Landlords - want to know whether to serve a Section 8 or 21 Notice so it's not going to fall down in court? Tenants - landlord not doing your repairs; find out what you can do. I don't pretend to know EVERYTHING however since setting up our current management service at the company I work with, we have only had 3 court evictions in 10 years so I must be doing something right. No question is too silly!
