👍The very nature of human health
We humans are created beings, not found. Whoever created us, we are designed for good. Hence we need to learn and own good. It is not preaching religious dogmas. Simply see functionality of our well harmonized body systems and life powering emotion engraved into it. No space for accustomed social and learnt norms that immersed and conditioned us. None of them live long. They die and leave for the new to take place. Hence whatever we do or think, if it is for good, the consequence will absolutely be good. Our health, therefore, flourishes not by anything else, but by keeping up living the good.
