How to be a deliberate creator
The Universe is always working things out for us... even when it does not appear that way. Our feelings can be helpful or detrimental depending on what we are doing with them. Talking things through is your guide to peace and direction. It is healthy to seek a therapist; however, sometimes you want enjoyment in your quest for mental freedom as well. Talking to me is like talking to a non-judgmental friend. When we become flexible with our thoughts and feelings, we then become better at managing our lives.
