Commitment to family and work .

As a Family we need to balance family ties and work so that we would not have issues. Sometimes husband might be busy and wife but the children must not be left out of our plan . There were so many conditions we might not even plan but we just systematically found ourselves inside. Peradventure the man is not available let us arrange / plan our work so that our children will also know that dad and mom do not leave them behind. Don,t let's be a busy and mom . This has really caused misunderstanding because we couldn't balance our work. If dad is not around mom should be there for the children.
