Here's a short note on transmission media and its types: Transmission Media Transmission media refers to the physical path through which data is transmitted from one device to another. Types of Transmission Media There are two main types of transmission media: *1. Wired Media* - *Twisted Pair Cable*: Consists of two insulated copper wires twisted together. - *Coaxial Cable*: Consists of a central copper wire surrounded by insulation and a braided shield. - *Fiber Optic Cable*: Uses light to transmit data through thin glass or plastic fibers.
