Managing your Teens and Adolescents

As a teen, I know what I went through. And to top it off I'm female. Teenage kids need all the love and attention they can get especially from their parents because trust me you don't want your kids getting into toxic relationships and holding on to their toxic partners cos they crave the love and attention they never received from their parents. I was that kid... Still am... Trying to heal but it's really not easy, takes some to heal from such trauma and the worst part is my parents still have no idea.
