I've enjoyed two careers as a mental health worker and as an English Tutor. You will likely discover that I am open-minded, not easily offended, easy-going, opinionated, genuine, honest, and caring. Video Friends
Except for in-person, video conversations may feel the most vulnerable. Keep in mind, healthy friendships are about acceptance. Accepting yourself and others for who you are. A true friend will have this outlook. Trying to change the other person or criticizing who they are is NOT allowed! Instead, adding positivity into each other's life is the goal. As with anything else this takes practice. I often quote, "Practice makes PROGRESS!" Through video calls, we will develop the skills of confidence, healthy self-esteem, acceptance, positive thinking/self-talk, and re-framing. See you soon!
