Ingredients:
- 2 cups of uncooked long-grain rice
- 2 cups of water
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of grated ginger
- 1 Scotch bonnet pepper (optional), chopped (use gloves when handling)
