Is food healthy

All food is healthy, be it carbohydrates, proteins, fats, oils and sugars, vegetables and fruits it just depends on how much of these do you eat. A person to be healthy needs to consume enough food at the recommended amount, do not eat too much or too little ax that may not be beneficial to the body. All food is healthy but always consider the fact that "too much if a thing is dangerous" this phrase applies to everything and not just food only.
