Let's start here but move quickly to a cheaper platform. My business idea only needs capital. Build a warehouse with an adjoining apartment complex and dining facility. We hire anyone needing a job (no children allowed - period), and we can house them in the apartments, and feed them in the dining facility. In the warehouse, some will receive donated junk (similar to Goodwill in many ways), then some will clean the items and some will repair them, some may even create new items using the old ones. These items will then be sold very cheaply at the same warehouse.
