Bullying
Bullying is a harmful and deliberate pattern of behavior where an individual or a group repeatedly uses power to intimidate, hurt, or control another person. It goes beyond occasional teasing or conflict; it is frequent, targeting and creates a power imbalance between the bully and the victim. Bullying can take different forms, including physical aggression, verbal insults, social exclusion, and increasingly, cyberbullying through phones and social media. Regardless of its form, bullying damages the victim’s emotional, psychological, and physical well-being, it can lead to depression.
