Empathy Healing
I have an empathy first approach to all interactions. Empathy is a blessing and a curse, no matter what others may say, as you don't get to choose what you empathize with. I'm here to listen to your story and allow the healing energy that comes with that unfold. The best thing we can do, I believe, is get out of our own ways and just be. To do that, we have to be honest with ourselves and others. Let your inner child out and face the hurts that have been done to you, so that your strong inner person may finally blossom.
