But and Hips training

Fitness training has been one area that spurs my interest a lot. While majority of the people train to loose weight. Few people that are slender like me train to gain weight. I remain thankful each day to my sister that introduced me to some exercises that can enlarge some specific areas of my body. Exercising those parts of my body has gone a long way to keep me in perfect shape I never imagined I could have. When your not endowed with a figure 8 kind of shape, exercise can give you that wonderful shape you never thought of having even after childbearing. I implore our mothers to try it out.
