I Don't Need a Therapist

Do you have people in your life telling you that you need professional help? That you should "talk to someone" but you don't want to go to therapy? This might be the right place for you. I did some therapist training, but am NOT a therapist. You can think of it as a middle ground. Maybe all you need is someone unbiased to hear your side of the story. Maybe you need to vent without consequences. Maybe a touch of outside perspective. Either way, it's waaay cheaper and less committment than the real thing.
