Self Love
Nobody can love you like you. The sooner you understand that part then you will be kind to self. Please note that whenever you become to hard to yourself then you cannot be productive the way you should be. I have learned that the hard way. Take care of your body it is your only thing keeping you alive. The mind is the best asset. Educate it more because the more it learns the stronger it becomes.
