I have been helping individuals and couples with personal and relational stress for over 50 years. I have a PhD in Psychology with my dissertation being in stress and coping. I currently practice as a pastoral counselor from my home office. In my career I lived and worked in Eastern Europe, Asia and the US. I have worked with over 50 cultures in counseling. My expertise is in anxiety and coping.
