General conversation(anything).

I love to interact and connect with people in order to understand them better. Random conversations are the best, they are spontaneous and you don't have to literally think about what you have to say because the conversation is purely natural. By simply opening up to somone you will surely feel better because listening to another perspective can give you a new perspective. I am very instrested in self improvement because if you are not improving or making your life better then what is the point? As much we are doing our best to improve we should also consider our mental and physical health.
