I believe keeping fit attributes to mental wellbeing as well. Healthy living is the centre of our success not only now but in our old stage. Taking care of yourself now it's like a pension plan for your future. Our bodies needs to be strong and fit to be ablevto carry our day to day activities. When you are fit it also attributes to your confidence you already comfortable with your body. You are more likely to try on very trendy styles since you are comfortable with your body.
