Courtesy: Abayomi Blessing Pelumi (EMOJIQUEEN) Ingredients: Water yam, shawa fish (cleaned), stock fish, ponmo (rinsed), palm oil, blended peppers (bell + rodo), seasoning cubes (chicken flavor), ground crayfish, salt. Instructions: Boil stock fish, shawa fish, ponmo, blended peppers, cubes, and palm oil till fragrant. Peel, rinse, and blend/grate water yam. Add a little salt, mold into small balls, and drop into the pot. Sprinkle crayfish, cover, and cook on low heat. After 25 mins, stir gently, cover again for 15 mins. Serving: Ikokore is ready 🎉. Enjoy hot with cold eba or bread.
