Feeling Lonely
I struggle with loneliness and I also struggle with self-isolation. I don't always want to connect to friends or family because it feels too vulnerable or that I am burdening them with my feelings. I am stranger who cares and who knows what it is like to sit in that lonely feeling. Sometimes what you need is a distraction. Sometimes what you need is validation. Sometimes what you need is to vent and air out all the troubles of the day or life. I want to listen.
