Anything you want to talk about whether good or bad you shd always express it when you talk you remove tge burden inside you coz many pple are going througj thesame thing even hard than yours but in tge process you get to learn new things and hlw you can cope with those grievances you just gove yourself peace of mind coz not saying anything makes you feel bad coz inside you is burning but if you let it all out you will be happy and start doing things that makes you happy and with evrything will get good when you talk with diffrent pple interact you will learn more coz it makes you feel ok
