As a father or mother we all need someone to talk to sometimes , instead of you talking to ourselves by increasing your worry why not talk to someone around you, being silent can also cause you depression to put yourself into this jeopardy situation talk to someone around you it is always better than to keep quiet, nobody know it all what you think is your problem might be a soft land for someone else what do you think is difficult for you might be the easiest things for someone else don't die in silence talk to someone
