Here, nothing that is happening around you matters except you finding calm, serenity, forgiveness, understanding, acceptance, and letting go of stress…even for just a moment. *Though I am not religious and only meditate for spiritual and mental health reasons, I do have a bible available and ready if you would like me to read anything during our session.
