I have always wondered who men speak to when they have a lot on their minds as society often expect them to be tough and show no emotions backing it up with the phase" be a man" Society has programmed the man to be an emotionless being and many at times they die in silent. I do not claim to have all the answers but I assure you I will provide a listening ear whenever you want to talk.

With over 5years of nursing experience I have come to understand the importance of communication. Many people die in silent and it is disheartening to say the least.
