Each year we celebrate our birthdays, indicating we are an year older. It's not only the age increment that we should focus on ,but rather the responsibilities that comes with the age advancement.At some point it becomes overwhelming to the point of triggering our self esteem and our judgement on certain decision.Self doubt starts kicking in unable to withstand what life has to offer.Nonetheless there is always a silver lining.The personality crises just marks a transition , which if handled correctly leads to a confident self.Be patient with your self it is only a transition phase .
