How to slower your ejaculation
What actually works:
1. Squeeze technique
When you’re about to climax, gently squeeze the head of the penis (just below the tip ) for a few seconds. It reduces the urge to ejaculate.
2. Breathing matters more than you think
Rapid breathing = faster climax.
Slow, deep breathing helps reduce tension and delay ejaculation.
3. Strengthen pelvic muscles (Kegels)
These are the same muscles you use to stop urine midstream.
Try tightening them for 3–5 seconds, relax, repeat 10–15 times daily.
Stronger control here = better control over ejaculation.
