· Nutrition: What does one typical day of eating look like for me? Where can I add one more serving of vegetables?
· Movement: How do I currently move my body each week? What is one activity I enjoy that I can do more of?
· Sleep: How many hours do I average? What is one thing disrupting my sleep (e.g., phone, caffeine)?
· Recovery: How do I currently manage stress? What is one relaxing activity I can schedule this week?"
