Everyone needs somebody sometimes. Let me be your sound board. Excellent active listening skills empathetic and certified life coach with her Diploma in psychology. As a single mother of two boys one teen and one toddler I know the struggles of parenthood loneliness and feeling isolated. I struggle with Depression and horrible anxiety even social anxiety.
