Helping to connect to your soul

The food industry is giving us a hard to get to our desired body weight and also keep it. There is constantly coming out a new product to magically lose weight in a short amount of but it's just not something that happens over night. We need to honor our self and our body and give it the needed to get used to a new diet and new habits. I myself struggled in the past always with gaining a huge amount of weight and losing it but in a really short period which is very unhealthy.
