Making friends is not a problem but keeping them sometimes it is a challenge, with my contact centre experience I have learned making friends everyday, good experience and chat can really make our lives fun and going. I chat with new friends everyday, experience difference cultures and get to know what is happening in the world, it is an awesome experience and am loving it everyday.
