When it comes to the pizza game, I Live by one motto Do one thing and do it right , that's my foundation for success . Let me tell you many Pizzeria owners in the past have gone under and had to close there shops , Why ? because they have 101 items on the menu there is no focus on the Pizza there to busy cooking a Hamburger on the grill making salmon , frying tenders, trying to reinvent a pasta dish, I m not saying you cant have Hoagies or Hero subs , I'm saying to many items on a menu Looses focus on the pizza ..
