Cricket

Cricket is a popular bat-and-ball sport played between two teams of eleven players on a circular or oval field. At the center lies a 22-yard-long rectangular pitch with wickets at each end, consisting of three stumps topped by two bails. Objective: The batting team aims to score as many runs as possible by hitting the ball bowled by the opposition and running between the wickets or by hitting boundaries. The fielding team tries to restrict runs and dismiss the batsmen by hitting the wickets, catching the ball or other dismissal method
