I'm committed to listening to understand without judgment because life happens to the best of us, and even if we know that nobody is perfect, we still strive for that perfection and beat ourselves up each our human side comes into play. We tend to harshly judge ourselves, creating a window of more shame from other people and helping their opinions knock us down when we should have just acknowledged that our screwing up is just part of our nature. I'm here to help those struggling to accept their shortfalls, build walls of confidence, and accept their errors without harsh self-judgment.
