Healthy diet
I will be glad to offer guidance and counselling on affordable and locally available food stuff and its nutritional value and impacts on ones health and general wellbeing. With increased cases of hypertension and Diabetes ,it is of more value to review healthy diet to avoid being at risk of these chronic illnesses. Having worked in healthcare unit, am more familiar on what we need on the least we need for our bodies. I hope i will be of significance to your needs on matters food.
