Gender based violence

Being discriminated cause of gender isn't fair,for example women are not allowed to lead men they believe women are too weak not strong enough to do hard labour or to make right decision for lot of people, also believe that women think women involve emotions in everything of which it's not true women can also lead or do whatever work they qualify for.
